All new clients will begin with a basic assessment of current hip, spine, and shoulder range of movement. More comprehensive assessments will be discussed and taken throughout training. Certified in Functional Range Assessment®, I’m able to design training around your unique body needs. “Assess. Don’t Guess!” is the motto around here! This ensures a safer training program as well as supports efficiency in you meeting your training goals.
Depending on your personal goals and vision, we’ll use all training modalities and equipment needed to help you achieve success. For training in the studio, all Pilates equipment - Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Barrels - will be available for use at every session as well as numerous supporting props. I’ll give you home set up options for any homework exercises between sessions.
